After re-watching the game, a few thoughts on some of the guys who had great games besides Hasselbeck, Britt, Washington, etc.

Finnegan was outstanding. Gray has him playing where he can be the most effective. He's going to see a nice contract if he continues with this pace and can stay healthy.

For a guy returning from injury, Morgan had a great game. He was disruptive flying around the field but also had a good bull rush. Oher needed help at times keeping him off Flacco. He did get the silly personal foul but you have to be happy to get this much production from a guy who I thought would not be as quick.

Though Hawkins had the one penalty for being in the huddle, he made some quality receptions and blocked well for Britt along with making the touchdown-saving tackle on the long Ravens kick return. DWill might not get as many opportunities when he returns.

I'm going to give some credit for Velasco who came in cold after Harris got racked. Ringer was able to bust a run in a hole he sealed and he also did a nice job on the fourth-and-one Ringer TD run when the Ravens all bit on the fake inside. Mariani tied up the corner on that play which ended up being all the room Ringer needed.

Finny had a great game. Gray sure has put him in position to make plays and Finny seems real excited about it. It was fun to watch Finny constantly faking the blitz and getting the attention of Flacco pre-snap just to bail into coverage almost every time.

Hawkins and Cook both had issues with assignments yesterday. Besides the 12 men in the huddle penalty on Hawkins their was another play where he lined up wrong and Hasselbeck had to get him straight. Same thing happened to Cook.

Good job overall. Titans did what they needed to do... and could exceed everyones expectations, even my own. I think the biggest test this season will be Houston. If we beat Houston atleast once, no reason we shouldn't win the division if we can keep up the momentum and intensity. That was a different team we saw on Sunday and if that team shows up the rest of the season, we could be dangerous.

The only thing that bothered me was the gatorade bath for munch. Come'on guys. I know its his first win and it wasn't one that he was supposed to win and I was the first one to complain about the lack of emotion on the sidelines in week 1... but come on.. you guys are professionals. Act like you've been there before :) It was nice to see munch atleast crack a smile... even though it took a few gallons of gatorade to do the job.

I just have a feeling there wasn't going to be a gatorade bath for munch if we won in week 1.

It was his first win as a head coach - he hasn't been there before.

hes been on that same sideline for a very long time. most of those guys know who he is and vice versa. its more or less directed at the players on the sideline. munch didn't bathe himself in gatorade.

Dave Ball looked consistently good yesterday. If only he could take down the QB once he gets back there!!! Flacco was elusive in the pocket yesterday, it seemed like.

I was VERY pleased with yesterdays efforts. It's that kind of intensity that attracted me to the Titans in the first place years and years ago. We looked good.

BTW: If anyone knows when the NFL Network will replay the Titans/Ravens game, let me know. Forgot to set the DVR to record the game.

Yeah, Finny looked like 08 Finny. Morgan did more than anyone could expect for his first game back. JJ was alright, he'll get better. Other than the one screen TD, our d-line didn't get bully like they have been so for the past 2 seasons.

Just about everyone was flying around, playing with passion and emotion, so I can live with a few mistakes.

Both Rudd and McGrath redeemed themselves after a terrible week one.

Ayers looks to be a good player for years to come.

Hasselbeck and Britt looked like they've been doing it for 7 years together.

Nate has turned into a outstanding possession receiver (didn't know D-Will was hurt?), but I'd like see us use him downfield more.

Cookie had some nice catches (including the really nice catch that was negated by the holding penalty), but he needs to put on some pounds so he can be a full time starter, he got absolutely blasted by Jarret Johnson at the LOS one play.

Until yesterday I didn't think Hasselbeck would amount to much more than a glorified KFC.
