Avery is more injury prone than Britt...don't think he has lasted a season yet, has he?

FML man. I honestly would have rather CJ gotten injured than Kenny.

What people are failing to realize with Moss is he's RETIRED.

Why in the hell are people beating this dead horse?

It amazes me how little knowledge some people have about the league when they post things.

Why don't we get Michael Irvin? He was a great receiver. Then you can use those same cookie-cutter reasons to justify it above.

Let's ignore the fact he's retired and has made it clear he's not coming back, even to his favorite situation (the Pats).

I've actually been surprised to see Hawk play better than Williams so far this year.

To be honest, I think our current core will suffice. Another big play receiver would be great, but its not always needed to win games. As long as we spread the ball around and our receivers continue to make plays we'll be fine. Britt was playing lights out, but he wasn't the only receiver playing well.

Yeah, but you can make a argument that the other WRs were playing well because of the attention Britt was getting.

Since Moss stinks and did squat the first go-round - that's a huge NO way from me..

There are a few folks here who are very "brand associated" (the brand being recognizable names).
We don't need brands - we need performers.
Skip the high profile non-producers and bring the guys that will help us win.

Justin Gage is a good and obvious choice but we have a lot of guys currently playing extremely well and Marianni may get hot at any time. It's a long shot but I love this guy Michael Preston that the Titans have on their Practice Squad. He's a rookie from a small school but he looked impressive at practice this year.

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that this should be Damian William's year to really shine.
