Pittsburgh doesn't scare me too much. Their OLine is doing very poorly, and our DLine is dominating. They are without Mendenhall and James Harrison, and Ben is nursing a hurt foot so he won't be nearly as evasive in the pocket.

The way I look at it, if we play like we did against Baltimore and Cleveland, there isn't a team in the league we can't contend with.

Count me among the not-worried, Titans should win crowd.

This aint the same Pittsburg. They are minus key players and even the rapist is hurting. Gotta say if we lose, it will probably be because we give the game away.

If we don't sack Big Ben at least 5 times and hit him another 10 it's a fail....their Oline is easily the worst in the league

That being said...Pitt will still win....they always seem to find a way

We haven't beaten Pittsburg at 3 Rivers since 93'.

I suggest everyone get a nice single malt or a bottle of champagne.
    The Steelers are going down.

On the other hand, never write off our guys, either. They have the attitude and the mindset; the coaches will keep them calm, do some awesome play calling, and WE WILL PREVAIL!!!!

They won't find a way this time. This isn't your Fisher's Titans. Its a whole new mindset around these parts. No longer will we play as if we are going to lose but play as if winning is the only option.

I'd like to compare this game with the other match-up we've had with an AFC North opponent, Baltimore. They have a traditionally tough defense, which sounds good because their players are marquee names. But they're also old. Polamalu, Farrior, and Foote (who could end up starting) are each 30+ years old, like Lewis and Suggs (who's 28). They're still productive, but aren't putting up the numbers like they used to. It's not unimaginable that the Titans will tilt the machine on offense, and put up a good score.

Also, compare the Steelers and Ravens offense. The Ravens have been showing off. Flacco has a cannon of an arm, and Torrey Smith (WTF Rookie Player of the season runner-up) has the speed to go catch it. The WRs of Pittsburgh don't look like that. Plus, our punishing defense had Joe Flacco reading grass blades all day long, and he wasn't even wearing a boot like Roethlisberger.

If anything this is going to be like one of those old-school Titans(Oilers)/Steelers games where, worst-case, the final score ends up being something like 9-3, though, I believe we're going to do a lot better than that.
