Next Year's Schedule

    It's a random thought, but this is going to be one of the toughest schedules in the NFL.

    It is our turn to play the AFC East and NFC North. :sad2:

    Home games: Pats, Jets, Bears, Lions + division games and one game TBD (based on division ranking at end of season).

    Away games: Bills, Dolphins, Vikings, Packers + division games and one game TBD

    Funny how ESPN acts like the releasing of team schedules in April or May is a big deal. It's not. If you know how the system works, you'll know your team's schedule for years to come.

    those one game TBD (based on division ranking at end of season) will be against AFC north at home and AFC west away i think according to johnnyroadtrip.com

    so if we finish first or maybe second in our division i could see us playing afc north Pittsburgh or Baltimore at home next year and in the afc west most likely the Raiders or Chargers away.

    Brutal schedule next year indeed.Pats,Jets,Bears,Packers,Lions,Bills,most likely Baltimore or Pittsburgh again,most likely Raiders or Chargers away,ouch.

    Would not doubt a bit if next year our strength of schedule is 1st.

    With that slate of games against top notch contenders if we have a winning record this year i could see us getting two or even three primetime matchups.

    Bingo. You have no idea how those teams will look next year. Coaching changes, injuries, etc. Nothing to worry about though, teams will be quivering when they see our name on that list.

    I hate playing the Patriots and Jets. But not having the same tired old game plan could change how I feel about those match ups. Jets owned Fisher every time they met.
