I continue to be amazed watching his highlights on YouTube.....you see some of the best catches you'll ever see from any WR

Also factor in that most players drafted in the 4th round are a crapshoot anyway and you never know if the pick will pan out or not.At this point i think we've seen Brandon Lloyd is not a bust at WR and has proven he can play.So why draft a receiver in the middle rounds who is raw and may or may not work when you already know Lloyd will most likely work out......

Also once you finally hand the offense to Jake Locker you don't want to put a rookie in there with a broke down rushing attack and receivers who can't adjust, run the right routes or lack experience. We do need to get some playmakers on offense or it will be hard for him to succeed.

If we can hand the offense over to Locker with Britt, Lloyd, Washington and Cook I would feel pretty good about our offensive weapons especially if we take a WR in the draft as insurance for Britt.

Seems like this interest is pretty legit.. Knowing this franchise, I doubt it happens but I'd be extremely excited if it did...

Denver said 3rd, 4th or 5th. Titans have probably offered a 5th or a 6th and have no plans of raising that offer. Denver are waiting to see if anyone else bites.

There is no point in the Rams wasting a pick on a rental player for this year. If anything, they may go after him in free agency next year. Same goes for the Panthers, although if they think they can make a playoff push (they've been playing well and I think the hard part of their schedule is over) they may go for him.

Either way, I would be very surprised if the Panthers or Rams go for Lloyd. I can see a team like the 49ers (now with Morgan out for the season), Raiders or even Lions picking up Lloyd to bolster their playoff push this year. At the end of the day, its a draft pick for improving your team for the rest of this year, that's it.

I'm assuming the Titans are pretty much done with Hawkins and don't like what they see in Williams so far. So they can try their best to finish off the year with what they have or go for Lloyd. Either way, I'd be surprised if they don't go WR in the 2nd or 3rd round next year.

They did claim Randy off waivers which came out of left field. I wouldn't be surprised if they don't at least throw a 5th at Denver and say "hey, take it or leave it."

The Randy Moss move was very surprising and backfired horribly. Hopefully that didn't scare our FO from taking risks. There is no risk on Lloyd IMO - We've seen how hard Hasselbeck balls with a top WR. Lloyd in a Titans uniform will make us DANGEROUS.

Hold on there... this franchise has actually changed a little. We picked up Moss last year, got rid of VY, and got rid of Fisher who was here even before the move to Nashville. I wouldn't be surprised to see Lloyd in Titan blue.

Also we're forgetting about Avery, if he can play later in the year and contribute while staying healthy I could see a new contract for him too. He has the potential to be a solid contributor at WR.

At this point I'd rather keep Avery (having no idea what he can do) over Hawkins. I'd like to see the Titans sign him for at least next year and give him some more time to heal up before making a decision on him. I don't see why people on this site keep thinking Hawkins can offer anything to this team. He's a career practice squad player.
