Or we could have won that New Orleans game, the first Jags game or the Cincy game.

If we lose that last wild card spot to the Bengals we can't complain they beat us straight up and that is the game that cost us the playoff spot.

I agree to an extent, but something I have learned from wrestling my whole life and coaching the past three is that the best don't give the refs an opportunity to screw you over.

Personally, I put all losses this year minus one or two on the coaching staff. I tried staying optimistic, but they have really held this years team back.

 

Lets not start with the Refs thing. That makes us sound like Texans fans.

Good teams win in spite of poor refereeing; bad teams lose because of it.

Funny that.

 

Unless you believe in conspiracies, chances are even that EVERY team gets bad calls. The really good teams make sure that enough plays are made to win the game despite the possibility of a bad call.

It is poor sportmanship to rationalize otherwise.

 

I agree in general but on a game to game basis we know that isn't true.
