By the way, for anyone interested, based on the statistics John Abraham has a 77.2 percent chance of getting a sack per start. Mario Williams has a 64.6 percent chance. Also, the last half of his career (5 years) he has only missed 5 games while earning 54.5 sacks, an average of nearly 11 sacks/year. This past year he earned 9.5 sacks. This beats Mario's sack totals in each of his last 3 years.

We just had one of the franchises all time best draft class and you think they can't build through the draft!?

 

Looks like Marcus Trufant just got cut by Seattle.

I have a feeling we will take a good look at the guy. I think we were interested in him a few years ago, and he is a pretty good player. Should help with the success of Babs and Matt H here as well.

 

For the right price, I'm fine with Trufant. Although there are at least 3 other FA CBs I would want over him.

 

If we lose Finny the only CB I think I would approve in his place is Carr.

 

What does Manningham bring to the table that we don't already have?

I would almost agree except Ruston is running the show, not MR.
