Who says we keep him until he's 40?!

We let him play two seasons, then cut him loose and move on with Locker.

Just think if he brought Reggie Wayne with him it would take pressure off of Cj hopefully that would make him better. I think there are ups and downs to bringing Peyton to Tennessee we just have to hope that the front office makes the right decision.

As to not watching football because of this would be stupid the only way I would stop watching is if Brett Farve tries to come back just to up stage Peyton lol

What would be even better is if we found a way to bring Clark and Wayne.

Britt, Wayne, Washington, Clark, Cook = 5 deadly weapons for Peyton. Plus being behind the 2nd best pass blocking line helps.

This whole thing reminds me of "Invasion of the Body Snatchers"...

Manning is turning really level headed gotitans users into pod people.

Unlikely though, with so much depth/starting signings to be made (ol, dl, cb, s, lb)

Dude, how in God's green earth are we going to sign Peyton Manning, Dallas Clark AND Reggie Wayne? You're dreaming.

I don't think PM is a QB you drop into your team to make it better. You start with him, and build your team on his strengths, and minimize his weaknesses. Yes he's been great in the past, but we know he will never be as good as he was. Just a simple fact of QB's in their late 30s. He can be productive, but at the end of the day, he'll be avg to slightly above, but not premier.

Also, I think Jake is going to learn via game reps. Riding pine for 1 or 2 years is fine, but there is a law of diminishing returns when it comes to the bench. Jake's a doer, not a thinker. Not a rip, I love the guy, and I think he'll tell you that too. He'd never demand to be started, but there hasn't been a single down he hasn't wanted to play since he got drafted (including when the D has the ball).

The Titan's O-line is your argument against Manning? Really? Of all the teams he is going to consider the Titans have the best O-line when it comes to pass protection. Now run blocking is a different issue with those guys.
