By your statement I can only assume your a Cavs fan, because nobody with an objective opinion would say they were in the playoff hunt. Thats comical :ha:, because they were actually closer to being the worst team in the league than they were to making the playoffs.

Before everyone got injured (right around the halfway point) they were actually around .500 and doing very well (and were ranked 8th in the East). In fact, before everyone got injured, even when they lost it was close, and they even managed to beat Boston, Dallas, and OKC. They wound up with a bad record, yeah, but that's because for half of the season they were starting mostly D-League players due to injuries.

Of course, you're obviously oblivious to things like facts... so...

The facts are that they barely won 20 games, so the only time they could have been around .500 is at the very beginning of the season.

Injuries or not winning 20 games doesn't make them a good team.

A NOBODY Cavs team? This is what I hate.

The Cavs tried their best to stack that team for him- yet unknowing casual (if that) fans still use that roster as a crutch for him.

They had the reigning defensive player of the year, the best 3 shooter in the game, and many other solid players.

Claiming that was a bad team tells me you probably became a Lebron fan his rookie year and know little else about the NBA.

and Pittman being suspended only 3 games when Artest got 7 shows just how bias Stern is with the Heat.

Dude was actually looking at his target and did it.

They were 13-21 entering March. That is just before it went farther down hill, finishing 21-45.

So... yeah, your not even close to right.

Can you explain what happened when he left? Because they had the same team the following season. Did it ever occur that he made others better? That's what good players do.

I'm not a Lebron fan and never have been. I dont even really care for him, but what he does is hard to argue against. He took an irrelevant Cavs team and made them relevant, he left and they were irrelevant again. Meanwhile he took an irrelevant Heat team and took them to the Finals in his 1st year. You have to give him credit for that no matter how you feel about him.

So they finished 8-24? They didn't just go downhill, they went underground.
If you consider 13-21 good, .500, or in playoff contention, then your not even close to right.

But yea sorry I dont pay attention to what the irrelevant Cavs are doing.

Agree! Artest suspension was based on reputation, but what Pittman did deserved the same amount.

LeBron had some great support, an oldish Shaq, Jamison, Mo Williams. They're good role players, #2 guys for a guy like LeBron.

They're not going to be much without a true #1 player.
