Whether Britt is healthy or not should not determine this game. Our team can not rely on one person to win top end games.

 

I'll tell you what if we win that game, it will probably mean that Zach was the steal of the draft.

 

It's gonna be hot, so lets come out in the whites and make them sweat to death. Pretty little team like New England wont want to slug it out in 90 degree weather with the sun beating down on them.

 

We drafted Zach brown because he was quick versatile and we need cover linebackers to keep up with these impact tight ends taking over the league. Its gunna be a hell of a challenge to limit gronk and Hernandez. That's what I'll have my eye on

 

We can beat this team. CJ's gonna have to have a good day. Keep the chains moving, keep tommy pigtails on the sideline.

We have the weapons to match points with this team... its just gonna come down to which defense can get a stop when it counts. I think between Ayers, Brown, Wimbley, and Morgan, we should be able to generate a pass rush.

At home, in the heat, I like our chances. You know we are gonna come out fired up.

 

I'll be watching Zach Brown that whole game. I wanna see when he shadows TEs and when they have him try to tackle Brady. Very excited!

 

Plus Pats will be suffering from the Superbowl losers hangover. I usually count this game as a loss when looking at the schedule, but deep down I think we come out and surprise the Pats and get the W. I think our O will look a lot different this year, and the Pats have no idea whats coming for them.

 

So we're already talking about the lack of respect we will receive for winning a game that has yet to be played?

 

Do I sense a trap game?!

Every team's goal is to win the very first game - and hopefully the challenge of the pats will put our players into overdrive. In turn, the Pats, coming off a superbowl appearance, will see us as an easy 'W' and come in unprepared - we will hit em hard and won't stop.

I'm gonna be pissed if I see any of our players give up in the first game. Even if the unthinkable happens and we're getting blown out by halftime, I want to see hard hits, deep bombs, and Titans fighting for every yard. GO TITANS!

 

I think our team is worse off than last year (Hutch is the only exception in my book).
