aggravated dui? What does that even mean? Did he hit something/someone?

 

And isn't he a little old for braces?...

 

Lots of professional athletes end up with braces at 22, 23 or really any point they get some money. Braces aren't cheap, so for many people, they simply cant afford them til later in life.

Not everyone is lucky enough to have parents who can spend the $5000/yr it takes to get them for their kids. My teeth used to be jacked up when I was younger, thank God I was able to have that all taken care of as a teenager.

So just saying despite off field trouble if this guy lives up could be giving our D trouble in a couple years

The Jaguars will not issue a statement on Justin Blackmon's aggravated DUI arrest on Sunday.
As of noon ET Sunday, Blackmon remained in jail with an arraignment scheduled for Monday afternoon. The drunken-driving arrest is Blackmon's second in the last 20 months, which Florida Times Union columnist Gene Frenette believes "legitimately calls into question whether general manager Gene Smith and his legion of scouts knew the extent of Blackmon's character issues." They may have traded up to draft a player with a drinking problem.
