If we signed Peyton Manning...

We would be Superbowl contenders. I don't CARE what people say.

 

Why do people bring this up? Manning is the past. get over it. What ifs are totally useless thinking.

So if Peyton Manning was back to 100% you don't think we would've won a Super Bowl?

I don't know if I have to spell this out, but are #2 in pass protection, we have a great WR corps, we have a RB and a defense that is better than what he had with the Colts.

Like I said, IF he was the same old Peyton. All hypothetical, but I don't see how you could deny that we would've been contenders year in and year out with Peyton under center.

Thats what I didnt agree with. PM is good, but he has also only one super bowl. If he instantly brought a team a super bowl, then he would have more than one ring. He would definitely have made us contenders, but I feel we would fall short, just as the Colts always did, but once.

Not denying we would have a lot better chances if he returned to form and played for us.

 

I hope James harrison knocks him out for the rest of the season play 1, that would be excellent revenge for him costing us so much with the... UMMM I'm not going to say where I'm going yet... hehehehehe

He would be surrounded by a better team than he has ever had IMO. He only has one Super Bowl because he had terrible defenses.

I havn't seen hardly anything out of Denver about him.

It's going to be fun watching him throw to his star reciever Eddie Royal. My bad, they don't have him any more. Make that Eric Decker.

I could see them easily missing the playoffs.

Take the best rushing team in the country, give them a QB who has the keys to the offense.

Now, you are passing 30 times a game, effectively killing your running game and highlighting the weakest part of your team, your WRs.

That's just my take on it.
