I think bumping up thread creation to 1,000 would be much nicer during the season.

We're about to destroy the PPG record for defense. We're not very good.

I know everyone tries to stay positive and bash the rants but honestly...can we get a real defensive coordinator last year who sticks with a system and the personal he's going for?

It is hard to beat momentum . 14 points down early.Titans score 7 and make a few good defensive stops and looks to be on a promising drive. Hass throws a high and behind pass that would have been an incomplete had the receiver not tipped the ball exactly where a defender stood. After this, more momentum for Texans and desperation on the Titans, which in turn causes more blunders.

There were many costly drops at inopportune times , a few errant throws, several missed tackles and a few good things.Outside of the 7 yard loss, CJ did a pretty good job, or the line played better, who knows.

The Texans are a good team, but I did not see it today. Seemed like they did just enough to keep the game out of the Titans reach. No excellent plays, nothing stellar that screams Superbowl bound. Just a better than middle of the pack team taking advantage of another bottom dweller teams mistakes.

Titans missed blocks that led to a sack . It should not have happened on any team. I think this was the one Locker got hurt on. Collins, excuse me, Hass, should know better than to trust his protection and not have better security with the ball. Like I said earlier, a ton of missed tackles. One guy should have been tackled twice and our defender met him on the goal line instead of stepping up and blocking him before he got there. And the interception? Receivers have been told for years they need to go towards the ball. Again, desperation .

Enough rambling. I am old and cant remember all the players names on particular plays, please forgive me.

I dont think this team is as bad as I thought they were 3 weeks ago. I dont think the Texans are as good as I thought they were either.

How so? They've only beaten who they've played while other teams have lost to lesser teams.

Really? When did I say any of that? Ohh... I didn't?

At least you have an imagination... So in the meantime imagine some wins :D

I'm just saying they still haven't proven much. It was like us in 2007. We beat up on all the scrub teams, couldn't beat a good team, finished 10-6 and went one and done in the playoffs.

You'll beat the Jets next week and basically clinch the division that would only take 6-10 to win. Then the Packers and Ravens afterward... doubt the Texans win either.

Air Canada don't waste your time. These guys are upset they got spanked (again) and are trying to rationalize as best they can.

I didn't expect this to be a popular thread but it is true so crucify me if you want for speaking the truth. I don't see what I ever said that was so stupid. Obviously it won't be easy for the Texans to win a Super Bowl, and I'm not saying they will this year. But looking around the league, I don't see anyone that I could say is definitively better than the Cows and nobody in the AFC that I think has any better chance of winning it than the Texans. I believe they could have made some serious noise last year were it not for major injuries and you'd have to think they should be even better this year.

My whole point was about the direction the 2 teams are taking are vastly different and I for one am not happy about it at all. They have set the wheels in motion and the Titans continue to wallow in mediocrity. If it makes me stupid to point that out then so be it.
