Fire Gray!!!

Can't blame a loss on Gray when we held the other team to 13 points. We had a good, not great, offensive day and still didn't let them score a lot of points. We got some chances at luck, 2 sacks, and an INT. The defense put us in a position to win and really did win the game.

I hate to say it, but I put this loss on the refs.

 

Our whole team is like ugh....
Offense Defense it all is yuck.
Need real coordinators on both sides of the ball. Hopefully Munchak is doing more on the sidelines then whining about bad ref calls. Hopefully he is mentally listing his desired replacements within his staff.

 

Winning teams find ways to win and losing teams find ways to lose. Regardless of the bad calls, which were horrendous if you ask me, we had a shot to win and blew it. The defensive stand at the end of the game when we really needed it was nonexistent. Gray is no doubt the worst DC in the league and because of this bum we are on track to being the worst defense in NFL history! He has to go and soon! The big question is who can we realistically get that can replace him?

 

I certainly am not happy with the way that the defense is playing. I don't know that all the blame gets placed on Gray. We are playing several guys who have no reason to be playing in the NFL. Marks and Mouton are garbage. Casey and Klug have both regressed from their rookie yrs. Our Lbers are a rookie and 2 second yr players.

I blame the front office. How can you think that Mouton is going to replace Finny? That is a major step backwards. The FO is supposed to try and improve things. We should have known that we needed at least 2 new DTs to upgrade Marks and Shaun Smith. Martin is an upgrade to Smith, but we are still stuck playing Marks who is horrible.

We need better players.

 

That's what happens when you hire unqualified coaches. We are not going to get anywhere hiring friends and former Titans/Oilers. Winning isn't at the top of the list with this organization.

 

Amen brother! I was enraged! I could not believe we just rolled over for them like that. No excuse for that kind of sh!+

Grey should never coach another football player in his life.

 

Let's not stop with firing Gray, let's get rid of Munch too...I haven't like him since we hired him...

 

The whole staff needs to go.
