Because VY could actually hit a receiver in the numbers and had touch on his passes. Locker can't seem to do anything useful but put a dent in a car door, and that's if he can hit it.

Here you go guys, my short breakdown of a couple games watching Fitz

    Vs Houston/Seahawks
    Good ball over the middle.
One high ball to the outside.
Played in a big spread O.
Did some decent scrambling. (Shouldn't try to run, slow) doesn't seems to be able to get the ball out when he does start scrambling.
Aware when pass rush is getting close
Likes the slant/throws strikes on the quick pass.
    Short to intermediate thrower.
    Good Accuracy
Lofty deep ball. Very hass like. Didnt see one deep ball completed
    Two minute drive looked good.
Had ALOT of dropped balls for first downs.
Played almost entirely out of the Gun. Scheme had a bunch of bad screens and short quick passes that didnt produce yards.

Over all, I think the scheme was absolutely terrible. Fitz did look capable of putting the ball on the WR. The offense was very high variance. Risky, 5 wide, formations were the norm.

He could start. I think his experience would probably outplay Locker in a low variance game plan. Much like Smith for the 9ers. Locker definitely has much more big play ability, deep ball, wheels.

IF locker can be accurate in the short to intermediate area and red zone, I think he wins us more games. Those are still big ifs.

This is a good signing guys.
