    We should be 5-5 instead of 4-6 and the Colts should be 5-4 instead of 6-3.

    Thanks refs!

    That game could have changed everything... assuming we end up finishing like 8-8.

    Well the good news is the AFC is pretty down this year so maybe 8-8 gets us a playoff spot?

    That's what I'm saying... but if we had beaten the Colts, I would literally put money on us making the playoffs right now. That game will be the difference.

    We're 3 games back of the 6th spot.

    Our remaining schedule:
    @Jacksonville
    Houston
    @Indianapolis
    New York Jets
    @Green Bay
    Jacksonville

    I see 8-8 but if we split Houston and Green Bay that puts us at 9-7. The chances of us winning all the games we should be favored in and beating Houston/Green Bay is pretty slim but it can happen. Obviously 1 loss to a team like Jacksonville and we're pretty much done but we still have a shot. The Colts have a difficult schedule ahead and we have one more game against them so we could cut into that lead a bit. I'm not giving up yet but we have a long way to go, hopefully we get some help.

    Yep... and we would be only one game out of the 6th spot right now.

    Unbelievable.

    Seems like it's always one dumb game for us every single freakin' year.

    The "mediocre draft" argument is stupid. If it mattered that much, Oakland wouldn't have lost a game in 2 years, and the Pats wouldn't have won a game in two years.

    I think Griffin/Babs might be our oldest defensive starters. Just think about that. They also happen to be our worst dfensive players. We have drafted well the past two drafts and it will start to turnover.

    Unless you get the #1 pick, it isn't that big of a deal.

    Unless you would rather have Blackmon than Wright right now, which probably would have happened if we wern't so "mediocre".

    We'd win a tie-breaker with the Steelers and Dolphins and the Colts have a brutal schedule coming up. If we split with GB and the Texans and win out I say we're in.

    We have a better shot than the Vikings do at getting the wildcard for the AFC thankfully.

    Once we get to 6-6 or 7-7 or what ever form of .500 we're likely going to see, then we could talk about playoffs. Right now there's 5 teams ahead of us for the AFC wildcard spots, I'm just glad we're even able to think about it though.

    I'm thinking if the stars all line up just right we can go 9-7 and get into the playoffs. I was thinking 10-6 this year but Andrew Luck and Christian Ponder made that hard if not impossible to do now.

    The rest of the season for us, the Bengals, Dolphins and Chargers will have a playoff like feel. Win and your in, lose 1 or 2 more games and miss the post season.
