I was one of the few that was all for drafting Burfict in the 7th and very few folks on here agreed with me...I also think Tyrann Mathieu is WELL worth a late draft pick...he reminds me of finny as well...he's such a good football player that it outweighs the fact that he smokes weed

The problem with Tyrann Mathieu is he can't cover. At all.

I'd be more inclined to take Honey Badger than Burfict. Burfict has had a nice season this year, but he sabotaged his college team and wouldn't work out for scouts.

Mathieu is very overrated. A great athlete and does some really nice things with the ball in his hands but he will get abused in the NFL. He can't cover and will get absolutely owned against big and physical WR's, no thanks.

It worries me too but so far in his time at UGA he hasn't had any problems and honestly I think the reward outweighs the risk. I don't see many game changers in this draft, just a lot of depth, so if we can land this guy and he stays healthy then we're going to have the pick of the draft imo.

I didn't know they considered players for the heisman that are overrated and can't play their position well...that's insane!!!! lol

Would he fit into a 43 defense??? That's my main concern.

I still think the best pass rusher will be Anthony Barr from UCLA --- if he comes out.

I'm 100% on the trade back boat. Go into the later 1st, and pickup an extra 2nd. I want Barrett Jones and Matt Elam. With our other second, pickup another DE.

So every heisman contender is going to go onto a good NFL career? Also no one brought up his cover skills during the heisman, everything you saw was kick returns, fumble recoveries, and interceptions. I don't think anyone praised him for being a shut down CB. If they did, that was at the college level.
