Our number 1 need on the defensive line is at DT. Wimbley and Morgan actually got a decent amount of pressure this year but with a dominating presence in the middle of the DL our scheme will not work. If Star is still on the board then he needs to be our pick without question.

As far as DE is concerned we do need some depth. Brandon Jenkins has declared for the draft this year and I think he is fits in the mold of our recent 2nd rounders; first round talents that slide for some reason. We also have Akeem Ayers that can play defensive end for us if we need him to.

He is a FS...I know Rambo sounds like the name of a SS, but he's stricly free. His partner in crime Shawn Williams would be a great SS though.

I'm with you, but I'd also add the top cornerbacks to that list...you see what Seattle has been doing with their big corners...the top guys in this class are all about 6'2 and I'd love to have one since it's unlikely we'll land a good one in free agency...we can get a big body DT in free agency, but big, talented corners are hard to come by. Moving Verner back to the slot would be gold as well...

Seattle also got their CBs in the 5th (Sherman) and undrafted (Browner).

Agreed, and I doubt anyone disagrees. However, is Bjoern Werner falls to #10, no way we should pass.

David Amerson was once consider the top corner now he possible slip to the late second or third round wouldn't mind giving him a shot.

I like Amerson as well. I truely wonder whether he could be converted to a safety. He played safety in high school so he has some experience doing it. The one year when he had his boat load of INTs lots of them came on just horrible passes.

I tried to watch him a bunch when they played Vandy.

Trading back in the first a few spots to get an extra 2nd would be very nice.

Only if star and Te'o are gone. I think based on impact he's the third on the board.

Are you saying draft Amerson in the first (after trading back)? If so, that's cray.
