both of you have missed some great games. Hockey is the only thing worth watching now.

And here come all of the BS Blackhawk fans out of the woodwork on Facebook. Not a peep about hockey all season from them.. All of a sudden.. Blackhawk profile picture. Stupid asses.

everybody loves a winner. Especially wishy washy fans who only care about hockey about 6 days per year.

Congratulations to the non-retarded fans. Like @Ewker
If there were less morons, I may not hate the team. I do respect most of their players (not Andrew Shaw) but I have little respect for a portion of their fanbase. And they are the loudest ones.

Preds outscored the Hawks 21-19 in the first round.

    We're the best.

We were probably the closest to knocking them out. But too many blown chances. Crushed Crawford but let Darling dominate them.

Preds didn't have enough energy to go the distance. They would have been out of gas by round 2, if they had squeaked by.

Pekka is puzzling. He was not good at times in that series. The way the Preds ended the regular season, I was expecting a sweep by the hawks. Preds peaked way too early. They were done being a great team by feb-march.

Ducks were closer to knocking them off... They had a 3-2 lead.

We had enough troubles with Minnesota towards the end of the season that we probably wouldn't have made it past round 2. And we definitely wouldn't have had a chance against the Ducks.

It just would've been nice to knock the Hawks out and prevent this run of theirs.

As for Pekka, he definitely wasn't himself, but he's still getting way too much blame. When the defense cannot get the Hawks out of our zone, goals are inevitable. We couldn't win a damn face-off for sh*t in that final game... and pretty much all of their goals were off of face-offs. The Kane goal with 6 seconds left in the 1st was the killer. We may have won and extended the series to a game 7 here in Nashville if it weren't for that damn goal.

Again, both the offense and defense did no favors for Pekka. He was put in horrible positions time and time again. I think he did let in 2-3 soft goals throughout the series. Aside from that, he did fine IMO. That said, he probably doesn't have much time left as an elite goalie.
