David Shaw isn't leaving his dream job at Stanford to come to the Titans. I would be thrilled if he did consider it but he's not.

 

The way our ownership will see it, its a two game improvement. They would keep him as much as I don't want them to. Hope I am wrong.

You seem to have made a mistake. You have Perry Fewell and Jay Gruden under the wrong lists. They need to be swapped and then your lists are gold.

noooo not pep Hamilton. dude cant even get the greatest qb of all time playing well! I mean cmon hes got Andrew luck the most impressive qb ever mr cant do wrong and peps messing him all up...making him throw bad passes and ints. don't want none of that garbage

 

Any coach that gets the best out of his players and knows how to make adjustments is fine with me.
