    Again they drafted Rogers, did their homework, and hit the jackpot. It's not like Jones was a one year wonder and got a mega deal in OAK. He got $10 mil over 3 years which isn't crazy money anyways. You gotta remember he was never the main guy in GB because he played with Driver,Finley,and Jennings for so long but he still put up solid numbers and was consistent. Green Bay is one of the better teams in the NFL when it comes to drafting in general especially WRs and lineman. They've been doing this well before McCarthy got there. A great QB makes everyone around him better no doubt but it starts up front. They know how to draft lineman, thats why they've been a top 10 offense since Rodgers has been starting 5 out of those 6 years. Defensively it's not been pretty at times but they always tend to get better as the seasons goes on. Bottom line is they know how to build a roster and win with those players. Hopefully TN can get to that point soon.

    Anyone watching CJ2K right now on MNF ... Dude looks like a whole different player. I know he had his own thread and this has been discussed a million times, but I haven't really watched a Cardinal game this year until now.

    Dude gets tackled on top of a defender, has the presence to get up and run 80 some yards leaving the defense in the dust ... He's been running with a purpose all year

    Funny how when you respect a coach and have a solid crew around you - just how harder you try
