That’s the exact reason I did it.

Have a open spot, three 4ths, isn’t going to hurt me at all. Why not?

 

I can live with it if he does turn it around. I only gave a 2018 3rd before the season so I'll gladly take the 2018 4th just to not have to be the one to roll the dice on him anymore. I could use the pick anyway as I'm already without my 2nd and 3rd.

I think that's pretty fair value IMO. High pick, but hasn't done much. Long term for a 4th, I'd make that trade.

 

Moving back a round to take a chance on a high draft pick isn't a bad move Sdm. Rolled the dice and it didn't really cost you much.

 

Fourth rounders are borderline useless but so is Treadwell so...

 

Pretty much how I looked at it. He was basically a consensus 1.02 rookie pick a year ago. Took a shot at a very cheap price and it didn't work out. No big deal.
