As much as i hate the Baltimore Ravens i know a lot of teams would kill to have Ozzie Newsome as GM.In the past decade he has done a really good job constructing their team as far as bringing in players, coaches, etc. Anyway he has made his name mainly through the draft and building quality rosters year in and year out.Now after Baltimore won the Super Bowl sure he had to let a lot of people go and reload mainly due to players wanting to get paid so they went other places but also because of Joe Flacco asking for a monster contract.Out of all the players he let go he rebuilt the defense with players like Elvis Dumervil,Marcus Spears,Chris Canty,Michael Huff, etc.

The big mistake he made was letting Anquan Boldin go because Ozzie could've found a way to keep Boldin and he didn't and the Ravens offense is suffering big time due to the loss.Don't think Flacco misses Boldin??? The 49ers gave Boldin a contract and what does he do the first game but catch 13 passes for 208 yards and a touchdown with nearly fifteen yards a catch and he was all over the field yesterday dominating Green Bay.Colin Kaepernick is already good but giving him a receiver like Boldin is making the 49ers offense unstoppable.Boldin is the reason the 49ers won that game and put them over the top and into the victory column.ERS

The Ravens made a bigger mistake than letting Boldin go...

We should've signed Boldin when we had the chance.

Yep. He's already 34th all time in receiving yards (over 10,000 yards).

If he can stay healthy, play for another 4-5 seasons and win another Super Bowl, he could have a shot at the Hall of Fame.

I've always been a huge fan of Boldin. The guy's just so damn tough and he's one of the best WRs at going up and attacking the football I've ever seen. A guy like that could make a world of difference in our offense. Especially considering some of the wounded ducks Locker throws out there.
