    which TEs are WRs?

Cook looked the part, but IMO, every TE on the Titans looks like a TE

I don't understand why the coaching staff wants to keep Craig Stevens so much. He was decent at best and will always be a backup tight end and we have a bunch of those now.

Coffman and walker can line up in the slot.

It is strange that we kept 6 rbs, but who is our best back? I think with all these young and new guys at rb, we are keeping 6 for competition. Mathematically one of them should be a #1 back by the end of the year. Between west, cobb and sankey we should have a solid back.

well yeah Stevens can line up there. No way Coffman or Walker strike me as athletic enough to be a passable WR

I am sure you are right in how they will be used seeing as the Titans only have 4 actual WRs, but I disagree that they are suited to do so

I disagree with you here, both coffman and walker are a mismatch against almost any db. They aren't crazy athletic, but athletic enough to get the job done. Also sets up for a spread running game. Don't be surprised to see 2 or 3 te sets frequently, i see Fasano, walker and coffman all getting plenty of pt, barring injury.

I never said they get MORE SIGNIFICANT injuries, just that OL get injured a lot. I don't need to post data when the data you're submitting is invalid to most of the discussion.

And consider perhaps the most significant aspect of this. If Sankey goes down and we use a combo of McCluster/Andrews to replace him, are we really gonna be hurting? If we lose Lewan, we are in serious trouble!!! So even IF you're correct that RB get injured more, the quality of backup at keys positions is hugely important as Lewan protects our most valueable assets...our QB's. I know last year was a bit of an outlier, but haven't we had 2 in the last 5 seasons where our OL was decimated many several injuries??? Notice the effect that had compared to our starting RB being out. And yet we want to have 6 RB's fighting for 1 starting spot but have almost no depth at one of the most important positions in football? Not good!

When last year we were signing guys off the street to start that week and try and protect our QB how can you say that a #9 OL will never play? If you have that #9 guy in camp or even sign him at this point, he will know the offense and had a chance to play with and against our team and at least KNOW what he's doing. If you are only gonna be beaten physically occasionally, it is easier to gameplan help for you. When you have physical AND Mental mistakes, big negative plays happen a lot. So even if he is the #9 OL, if he can push a starting OT, that's better for us. If he has to play, he at least can minimize the damage and you can give him help. Signing guys off the street gets your QB'S killed.
