    True story: Alabama was discovered in The Bowery at Myrtle Beach, SC by my then neighbor Billy "Crash" Craddock, who became their road manager. Crash's own manager- Dale Morris- took note of this and saw an opportunity to break contract with the declining Craddock and take Alabama away as his new meal ticket. Mayhem ensued, resulting in Crash winning a lawsuit for $8M from both parties.
    My entire family are Crimson Tide fans. One day I visited while wearing a Tide shirt that simply said "ALABAMA" in white block collegiate on a crimson field. Crash verbally tore me a new one threw me out of the house. Twas at first shocking, then funny.
