    SF is awful, no way they would release him if he had a case. She had visible injuries. The police and court system don't have a great history of being aggressive with domestic violence cases involving athletes.

    Are you kidding me? SF has had something like 15 players arrested in the last 3 years. New GM, New Coach. This is a statement move for their team.
