Good deal, now to cut Babs and the other fat on the team.

    Amano $4M
    Hasselbeck $5.5M
    Hutchinson $4.7M

I think I read that Hasselbeck would be willing to restructure his contract. I don't want to keep him around for $5.5M, but I'd be willing to pay him $2.5-3M this year. We need a backup.

I said I'd rather Rusty play than Hasselbeck at one point last season, but that was me just being extremely mad at MH and our team. I NEVER want to see Rusty take another snap in the league unless he is playing against us.

Of course, we'd be the team to give up 300 yards and 3 TDs to Rusty. We let Sage Rosenfels and Tyler Thigpen tear us up, so it wouldn't surprise me.

Not a bad signing at all.

A similar deal with an old dog OL (Like Todd McClure) would be good along with an Andy Levitre signing.
