Yeah, I mean, just looking at the top 40 guys on that list, I would have been interested in like seven of the ones who were not eventually tagged. Byrd, Revis, Ware, D-Jax, Houston, TJ Ward(has been arrested since) and Peppers.

Byrd and Griffin play the same position, while Byrd is better we don't gain anything cutting Griffin and having them both on the roster doesn't make sense.

Revis is the biggest diva in the league.

Ware would have been a great fit, but he has to want to come to Tennessee too. You make the decision between Denver and Tennessee, who are you choosing as a 30+ year old player?

I stand by my initial argument for bringing in D-Jax. Never been arrested, suspended by the league or called to the principal's office in New York for a talking to by Goodell.

Houston would have given us some scheme flexibility.

Same could be said about Peppers as Ware.

In all seriousness, if we could lure him away from Pittsburgh in 2016, we'd be getting a 34 year old QB with 95 wins to date. Theres only 2 players currently playing with more wins, Big Ben is a big time player.

No qb has won a Super Bowl starting for more than one team. Pass.

Of course. But it is still pretty remarkable that in 48 years it has never happened. Somehow I don't think Roethlisraper is the one that will break that streak.

Both Warner and Manning lost a Super Bowl with two different teams

I don't want to lose another one, I want to win one. By I I mean the Titans.

You make a good point here. Teams do not just let a franchise QB go without good reason. Ben has a lot of wear and tear on his body. Much like Steve McNair I do not see him having a very long career.
