I live off the 6 hours a night, more on the weekends...

Naps are great, I will not get to take advantage until summer starts however as I teach and in school until late May. Then however typical day...get up early workout, eat breakfast, nap, by then the little wife is up, do whatever, eat lunch, workout, nap, whatever, ect. Naps are great. Also, it would help with school, we, in this culture allows our very young to nap at school early but stop, we should have it all through school, over the years of teaching I can tell you that the classes right after lunch are nearly useless as the kids are digesting and sleepy, a little 10 minute nap would do wonders.

 

Naps are for old people. And rastafarians.
