That makes me excited because it's not ":cj: up the middle for 2 yards". I hate how predictable and one dimensional this team has been for so many years.

For what? 2 games? 5 games? Does he make it half a season?

Really, most have more issues with his inability to stay on the field than they do about his play last year. He wasn't "great" - he was streaky. And streaky QBs can be dangerous. Eli manning and joe flacco both come to mind.

The difference... They don't get hurt when they get touched.

Thanks for the article and analysis. Like what I am seeing so far. To each of your points:
    • Agree with you on Walker and the TEs thought I do worry that we are screwed if Walker goes down
    • Good point on the OL. As our run blocking was not too bad. It was pass blocking where we struggled the most
    • I assume you are talking about Mike Evans here with WR
    • Might be good to extend Washington a bit
    • Yes, they should excel and didn't Whis have Wash in Pittsburgh?
    • I agree that this offense may not be the best for Jake. Probably better suited to Carr, Bridgewater or Garappolo. However, this offense worked well with Ben Roethlesberger who Jake is similar to. It is at least worth a shot with Jake
    • Those later round QBs did not help Whis much in Arizona. Go high if you want a replacement for Jake
    • You can see why he really wanted McCluster. Also, :cj: likely would not have been a good fit
    • A jack of all trades RB. Bishop Sankey perhaps?

Jimmy G looks a good fit to run this offense also. Smart, scans the field quickly etc, makes the right throw.

In the NFL, offenses are not on the field at the same time.

That was only Whiz's third game with the Chargers.

His offense also beat Chip Kelly's offense in Philly. So there's that too.
