Not sure why he doesn't promote the shirt printing on the site.. KD does so much extra for me (and the local music scene in general) that I'd feel like a bad asking him for any referral kickbacks. He is in Madison though which is a bit of a drive from Mboro. But alas I have a Tshirt connect in Mboro as well!

You mention it is 600x600. What resolution is that? I'm thinking it would need to be much larger to get a good auto trace in Illustrator.

Cruds I sent KD an email and will update his response.. who's your contact in the boro? I used to work at "The Worx Group" but they have a minimum shirt order and I'm just doing a single print.. which is why I had planned to go to EmbroidMe as they'll do single prints.

Jeff: the pic in the OP.. that's literally the highest resolution image I can find of that picture.. =(

The Mboro guy is a friend who does the work himself - I'll contact him to find out the deal.
My work machine is down (failed drive ugh) so it may be a day or two before I can take a look at the file. Sorry bout that..

KD said you were only looking for one shirt to be made up? You sure you don't wanna just go the CafePress route for that? Would be easier to get that exact image anyway..

I'd not heard of cafe press before hand actually + they say even at the 600x600 I can't stretch it or it'd be "too big to meet quality standards", but it's barely even covering the chest..

Anyways I found a local shop that is going to do it for $10 and they aren't charging to resize and trace it so I should be straight (embroidme charges $30 to recreate it). Appreciate the help though, did you ever get the details from your boro guy though just in case?
