I really don't think Lynch is being overrated going in the middle of the first round. What evidence, besides espn articles, do you have for that?

 

whats happens to the $ available to us? if we don't spend this year, will the $ be there next year?

 

It goes away. Can not be rolled over.

But I understand teams rework contracts to gain room in future years.
