    I dont know if threatening language is actually tolerated but simple insults and whatnot are not something thats against the law.

    I think I agree that people should be allowed to say whatever they want to say so long as they arent issuing a direct threat of causing harm to someone. Although they may be idiots, if we start tugging at this string of what can and cannot be said, our freedoms of speech could quickly unravel.

    Censorship is tricky.. it too has both good and bad sides

    Oh no, I am not saying just your average day insults. But telling people they are going to get raped/killed or whatever.....needs to be taken more seriously.

    yeah... It's that what is considered hate speech, or a threat? Weak. I am convinced that this is a calculated move to get her more publicity. This is certainly the first time I've ever typed or spoken her name in my life
