Ayers’ sack production continues

    I haven't seen many Titans games this year because of work but whenever I do see McCarthy I'm not coming off very impressed with his play. Especially when McCarthy has received a lot of hype and love from the board, you would expect him to be consistent and playing well. Also totally disagree about top 5 picks when you look at Willis and how he's changed the culture in SF and Urlacher being a great for the Bears, Ray Lewis, etc.

    Zach Brown---Manti Te'o---Akeem Ayers

    We can keep McCarthy as our #4 LB who could play middle or out or if we move to a 3-4 he could start.

    We drafted Ayers knowing he's a 3-4 linebacker, he would be an easy fit for his style of play.

    I like this better but two questions.

    1. Does Ayers have the size to be permanent DE?
    2. Who is better in pass coverage next year, McCarthy or Te'o? Keyword is next year.

    Ayers is no different than Wimbley. Morgan will be in the rotation to keep Ayers/Wimbley fresh.

    I'd say Teo. Teo reminds me so much of Lance Briggs.

    I was talking about staying the in the 43. But, if we went to 34, i'd see him as a 34 DE.
