Bad Management? Bad Coaching? Or all of the above?

    We are reaping the effects of bad management decisions and the past few years of bad coaching. People, coaches, and players have gotten way to comfortable in their positions. They have been recently revamping and updating the players in an effort to correct the problem of salary cap. I now think it is time for a good long hard look at bettering the coaching staff. No person should get too comfortable in their job. Suggestive statements worked in 1999, I think it is time for them again. Anyone agree?
