    We could do it with a twist -- Band wars for bands you should be embarrassed to like. For instance, I kinda like Roxette.

    And @Fry has been a cranky pants every since the team and Mariota started doing well.

    If you do another band wars, eliminate the top 5 or 10 from last time or it'll be the same thing.


    The one @The Hammer mentioned about embarrassing ones would be more interesting.

    I didn't read the other pages so there a good guage of interest for you. Can't be the same old thing.

    I was thinking something similar for eliminating certain popular bands. Also to eliminate bad mismatches. There is no point doing Pink Floyd vs some band 90% of us have never heard of before.

    We could also do something similar to the FA cup where the Premier League teams get a bye on the first several rounds. Give a bye on a few rounds to the top bands from last year.

    For those unaware, the FA cup is a tournament, without seeding, of 700 teams in England. Top leagues get byes so you do not end up with Man U playing a rec league team in the first round.

    An RBF man myself but the list of ska bands is very long and ties into reggae in a lot of cases.
    The Bosstones are pretty F'n awesome though. Wish they toured more than the Boston area.
    If you notice the avatar, mine just change between a series of ska bands.
