Okay, Cruds. Let's do this thing.

Gay Hacker's Delight killed Band Wars last year. Now it's time to ensure that doesn't happen. I would also like to ensure that Queen does not win the entire war as was apparent last time. We can use this thread for band suggestions (throw in ones that you remember from last year as well).

Wow. I know it's only been a few hours, but damn. I figured someone would've responded by now. I ran all sorts of errands, come back, nothing.

Maybe it's because I put Green Day or Gorillaz on the list? :hmm: I am not a fan of either, but I figured I'd throw them into the mix for the hell of it. I may like a song or two from each band, but the rest is meh.

C'mon, peoples. Get your **** together. This was pretty fun last year. And now that we have no NFL season, it makes all the more sense.

I would've listed more of the music I like, but I'm sure few would know what I'm talking about. I'm just compromising.

Of the new bands I mentioned, I'd really like to see Third Eye Blind, Sublime, Rise Against, Eagles (which I'm shocked weren't in the first round), and Cage the Elephant.

 

Haha... I'm sure there are plenty of folks on here who may not have heard of some of the bands I mentioned (though most are popular/mainstream).

Well, for right now you can just give mainstream-ish suggestions. Cruds was the man in charge. We'll wait for him to see this thread and explain and hopefully set up Band Wars again.

 

I wouldn't consider much on my list to be obscure. That's the point... you don't want obscure artists.

I do have some obscure stuff... I just didn't mention any of that stuff because it won't get any love.

I also have a lot of your stuff too.
