    Man you're quick, I just saw the breaking news alert on NFL network. I would definitely take Bart Scott. We keep talking about how we need swagger and aggressiveness, well that's Bart Scott in a nutshell. His tackling ability has declined a bit but he can still make plays. Not sure what his contract looks like but I would love for him to back up McCarthy.

    Yes, but would he accept a backup potion? Even if it is backing up someone injury prone. He has two intangibles our defense needs badly right now--leadership and attitude. Would love for Bart Scott to rub off on guys like Brown and Ayers. Plus he is outspoken enough to give Griff the big kick in the ass he needs.

    Scott brings more to the table than just what you see from him............... but back to my original question :scared:
