Bentley Signs With Browns

Faine was supposed to be good when they drafted him. But that's not to say he actually has been good. I don't know how well he has played, but he certainly hasn't been a pro bowl candidate. And he hasn't played in 16 games in any season yet.

Bob Brookover, of the Philadelphia Inquirer, reports there is some talk the Cleveland Browns are trying to trade OC Jeff Faine. He is a three-year starter and former first-round draft pick who is just 24 years old.

 

The Brows also signed DT Ted Washington and P Dave Zastudil.

 

The Browns are spending the money fast.

From the moves they've made, it looks like they could be a surprise this season.

 

I doubt it.
