fun fact: the house that was shown, and all the places they showed in the show, are in my city. I had a offer in on the Roseanne house in 2008, didn't get it. It was dirt cheap.. like 60-70K.

Someone overbid me, remodeled it, and about doubled the value.

Seinfeld is awesome. Was always my favorite show growing up. Still love it.

    Friends is absolute crap.

I just don't see the appeal to Seinfeld. It's every single Jewish guys life in Manhattan. Way too common to catch my interest.

Dexter was always weighed down with "dumb" but for a few of the early seasons it had enough interesting stuff to keep me hooked.
After the Lithgow arc ended though that show took a sharp turn to just-plain-suck.
And go figure, it was the same year they fired all the original showrunners and replaced them with sitcom people.

That's a cool craftsman design, but those houses on either side are too damn close.. I would replace the canary with a dark OD or charcoal then redo the trim and brick in black.. Pop a big sugar maple or two in the front. Viola..

Yeah, looks like early spring in that pic. Indiana grass grows like crazy so shouldn't be too hard..
