That would be dumb. We might as well wait and see what Britt does this year. We have nothing to lose.

Don't get me wrong I would love to see us trade Britt but he does not have a 3rd round value at this point.

Either way it would be absolutely retarded to trade him this year going into his contract year! Even for a 3rd rounder I wouldnt do it. How many 3rd round picks have actually worked out for us in the past?!?! Not many that I can remember!

    Under this regime:
    Jurrell Casey
    Mike Martin

So farI'd say they are batting 1.000 interms of 3rd rounders.

LOL. If you call two role players who havent really proven anything and that prolly wont be on the this team for much longer batting 1.000 then I guess your right.

What I'm trying to say is chances are we arent going to find a star in the 3rd round. Britt has the potential to be one and being that this is his last year on his contract and he's not costing us much, it would be incredibly STUPID to trade him for a 3rd rounder. Now a secound rounder.....I'd be down with that as long as it was within the first 16 picks of the second round!

A third would be great with the crop of receivers expected to go in the third.

Hahahaha for sure man.... B/R is usually garbage (sometimes an occational poster has a valid point but more often then not, total trash).

I mean, IF ANYTHING, at least have us trade the WR we put on the block in Nate.

To be honest though, we need all our weapons if we are to give the wildly inaccurate Lock a chance to succeed. Also, Lock has shown in his limited play time that he does better with bigger targets (again, back to that inaccuracy point, obviously bigger targets are easier to hit... This is as A-B-C as it gets....)
