    Picked off by hill!

Hill has not played nearly as bad as everyone
    thinks.

  5. Hill has had games where he plays well. But he has had a few games where he might as well be DeRon Jenkins...

Not singing Hill's praises yet. He will ALWAYS get picked on until he changes his bad technique of playing away from the QB; he allows waaaay too many catches because he simpily doesn't see the ball coming. I like Hill, but he's really really flawed IMO.

I agree...this whole staff has earned the right to come back. Let's face it guys, the squad is very young, and it is quite possible that the losses we suffered early were not due to Schwartz's scheme but in fact execution. Sure he had some bad calls, but given today's victory our defense is now just a little scary. We are watching a coaching team "grow" a crop of playmakers right before our eyes. As Reese said Friday on 104.5, we are going into next year 40 million under the cap with very few players not under contract. This means more competition on the D Line and in the secondary, which can only bode well for our future.

Fisher made the right decision. Vince was young and raw and there was more to the BVol situation than many of us will know. There was some behind the door dealings going on, right AROUND the time of the Vince draft.

That's why KC ended up drawing that starting gig when we were all wondering why in the hell Volek was getting the cash to sit on the sidelines.

I thought myself that Vince may have been thrown in prematurely, but then again I was excited every time he came in.

Now the offense is built around tough hard-nosed running up the middle and some play action, roll VY out passes. I personally couldn't be happier at being 7-7 at this point. Fisher has a plan... and I back him.

    So do I.

And, the more I listen to VY talk about him, VY seems to have a good relationship with KC. And, that's as important as anything to him at this point of his career.
