Bob Dylan vs The Eagles CLOSED

Good grief! Pitting two legends in the first round?

 

Another toughie.
I don't care for Dylan at all but he gets the "volume wars" problem.
And boy do I hate Eagles....however, certain cuts from The Long Run work for me.

Eagles it is!

Bob Dylan was a Superstar well before the Eagles were a band

 

Does Bob Dylan even really qualify as a "band"? I mean I realize he plays with a band but I always thought of him as a solo artist.

This is a tough one. I've actually come to appreciate the Eagles a lot more in recent years but I can really only take either in small doses.

 

I'd rather listen to Jakob Dylan's one good album, personally.

I have to admit I just dont like Dylan... Could just be me but I cant get over how awful he sounds. His poems/lyrics might be great but I will never know cause I cant understand the frog throated MoFo

 

My first concert ever was Dylan. I was so stoked to see the legend live. It was awful and almost ruined me on music. That guy can write a song, but he sure can't perform one.
