Interviewing for a promotion is not the same as wanting out. Preposterous. Every aspiring HC needs the practice of the interview process.

 

Also, from his statement following his interview, when he said something to the effect of some are content to do what they do and not aspire for more, he kind of classified himself as a guy happy to not be the top dog and just coordinate offenses. When I heard that, I was not that worried. He probably came across as that guy in the interview.
