Are you being serious right now? Fisher does this 5+ times a year..a couple of the games it comes back to bite us every year and we lose..It's the difference between going 8-8 and 10-6 and making the playoffs and making some noise. He goes into conservative run, run, run, up the middle even with 10 minutes left in the 4th if we have a 3 point lead.

 

People say it was VYs fault we lost the game.
Its like me saying that it was mariani's fault for that fumble which was not his fault or VYs fault.

Bad luck thats all it is bad play calling maybe but that just bad luck.

And btw, Kyle Orton had a 70% completion rate and a rating of 93. Only reason he get's 300+ yards to Young's ~200 is that he plays for a team that's willing to pass when they can't run.

But yeah, more than likely he would've been tackled had he caught the ball and time would've expired. But there's always that chance... He has to catch that ball.

We only ran the ball 21 times, get a damn clue! It was our inability to run the ball with any consistency that allowed Orton too many opportunities.

Great that means a lot. I'm talking about specific possessions near the end of games where he abandons what has been working just trying to run the clock.
