    Anyone allow themselves to think about CJ and Blount in two-tone blue yesterday?

    I admit I did about the 10th time he plowed over a couple of Titans.

    I've been thinking about it for over a year now.

    As I said in another thread, I think we could possibly have a middle of the pack rushing attack right now with a CJ/Blount combo in the backfield. Yes, even behind this putrid O-line.

    Blount is the kinda guy that is rarely going to go down on first contact. He'd move the pile at least a few yards just about every time he carries the ball. Which would result in less third and longs. Which would result in longer drives and TOP. Which would result in more opportunities for both backs.

    But Fisher, in his final act of Titan screwery, gave Blount away for nothing. We didn't even get a ham sandwich. Oh well. We're never getting Blount back but that doesn't mean we don't need a similar type of back to pair up with CJ. Could Harper be that guy, or at least a Blount-lite? Who knows.... he never sees the field.

    Whenever I saw Harper in play he would always try to go outside. I don't think he's a true between the tackles back even though he has the size because he can catch the ball and at Clemson he would break it outside a lot. Hopefully he changes...
