Bud Adams has died

    Sure hope so. I think I might prefer an outsider with a truly fresh voice (and ideally someone who's actually run a successful company), but obviously I don't get to pick. I'll just hope for the best.

    He that young? Wow. Didn't know that. Regardless, I'm excited to get some new blood in there. Don't get me wrong though, this is terribly sad.

    Bud wasn't doing much the last few years so the people are already in place to keep things running smoothly. I suspect little will change right away. The lease runs through 2028.

    I appreciate Bud bringing NFL football to Nashville. RIP.

    Say what you want about Bud...he was one of a kind. He was one of the architects of the NFL we know now. I'll be forever grateful to him for doing something I never thought I would see. Pro Football in Tennessee.
