Gresham and Maualuga are out so let's take what we can get. We're gonna need all the help we can get because this is gonna be a battle for sure.

Those key loses mean nada to the Titans. We'll find a way to make that not matter. Besides beating the Colts, what other banged up team have we been able to take advantage of? Sadly none is the answer.

Gresham gave them a greater chance since we can't cover TEs worth junk... but they'll just use another less skillful weapon to destroy us... >.>

Donald Lee was able to step up last week. 3 catches for 44 yards. Nothing astronomical, but he's dependable when you need him.

Pretty sure they're backup TE will have a breakthrough game, their injuries won't matter at all and our offense will seriously struggle to move the ball.

I hate having this negative outlook but it's my honest prediction. I really hope they prove us wrong out there Sunday!

Sure, and I think by showing the offensive competition (or shall I say lack of) will help illustrate my opinion:

    Browns (W 27-17) - 15.3 ppg (28th) 305.7 ypg (26th) 218.1 pypg (20th) 87.6 rypg (29th)

    Broncos (L 22-24) 19 ppg (23rd) 305.4 ypg (27th) 179.6 pypg (30th) 125.9 rypg (8th)

    49ers (L 8-13) 26.7 ppg (8th) 309 ypg (23rd) 171.4 pypg (31st) 137.6 rypg (6th)

    Bills (W 23-20) 30.1 ppg (3rd) 380.1 ypg (10th) 239.6 pypg (13th) 140.6 rypg (5th)

    Jaguars (W 30-20) 12.2 ppg (32nd) 242.6 ypg (32nd) 123.6 pypg (32nd) 119 rypg (10th)

    Colts (W 27 -17) 15.1 ppg (30th) 294.9 ypg (30th) 192.8 pypg (27th) 102.1 rypg (22nd)

    Seahawks (W 34-12) 15.6 (27th) 284 ypg (31st) 206.3 pypg (24th) 77.7 rypg (31st)

    Their average oppenent: 19.1 ppg (~23rd) 296.7 ypg (~29th) 190.2 pypg (~28th) 112.9 rypg (~12th)

Not very impressive is it? Shall we look at what they are allowing (avg) vs their opposition?

    17.6 ppg (-1.5 pts) 297.4 ypg (+0.7) 212 pypg (+22.2) 85.4 (-27.5)

Their front 7 is for real, and that rush defense is very good. However the pass defense leaves much to be desired and has given up some big days to the likes of tavaris jackson (323 yards) and Blaine Gabbert (221 yards 1 TD).

I expect CJ and the run game to get shut down, hell even the Colts managed to do that well enough. But Hasselbeck is the best QB they've faced thus far, and should be able to expose their average at best secondary. Corners are weak, and Reggie Nelson is starting (yes, the feared "eraser"). Only if we had Kenny Britt....:sad2:

I think this is the biggest thing our team should be worried about honestly:

Bengals are the better team, alot better defense ( they can actually rush the passer) and a better offense (they can run the ball) but the Titans are at home and we may have a chance. Bengals are my second favorite team so if they win it wont bother me all that much
