AP was 345 and he's got 30 lb's of weight on CJ.....
Tell Adrian Peterson and Maurice Jones-Drew benching isn't important. Stiff arm is a helluva move to have.
anyone who is serious about lifting can add 5lbs every week - 2 weeks. If he was at 315 in April 2008, by now he should be pushing 500+.
I stopped lifting when I hit 425 on the bench, it got really boring for me, and I no longer had to be built, my football days were over at that point.
CJ is still playing and should still be increasing his strength every chance he gets.
So you want CJ to bench 500 lb's now so he has so much muscle that he runs a 4.9 probably. Good idea for a speed back. Brilliant.
I'd bet you $100 Warrick Dunn could bench about that, he was a speed back
Last time i bet someone $100 dollars on this forum and won, the guy never returned. Will it get you to leave? lmao
Now why you say that to me? Youre like my 11th biggest fan here
Vernon Davis is 6'3 250 and can't even do 500.
You're right I love you hun
Maybe I have too high of standards. I assumed every good NFL player with years and years of NFL strength and conditioning programs under their belt could push around 500 by their 5th year.
I know Travis Henry was doing well over 400 his first 2 years in Buffalo.
