Caffeine

    This past week I decided to try a few days without caffeine.
    Good god man! I am an addict.. Physically and mentally!
    The headache and lack of energy was far worse than anticipated.
    I popped a BC powder and was "right" in about 3 minutes.
    Shiz is like heroin!
    Anyone in the same boat?

    WHY, caffine is your friend. Within reason of course. A few cups of coffee in the AM, now if you are chugging those energy drinks or a lot of cola that is a different story. Of course the carbonation is the real problem with cola's anyway.

    My girlfriend is a barista at Starbucks and usually has eight shots of espresso in her drinks. We went on a long road trip a few months ago and when I drive long distances I don't stop. She had to go without coffee for the day and was not the most fun person to be around.

    I drink coffee for finals only and it usually makes me feel like sheet.

    Being addicted to caffine is all in your head. I drink 5-6 cups of coffee everyday through out the week and rarely ever drink it on the weekends. No BC powder needed. No withdrawls, nothing

    Been there LOL.

    Only takes 2 days to lose the headache is you go cold turkey.
    I don't drink too much coffee now. Couple of cups a day.

    Benefit is when I need a lift a cup of joe has a big effect.

    I don't think I ingest anything with caffeine. No coffee, no soda, very little candy.

    What else has caffeine?
